HIGH SCHOOL REUNION 2008

On August 9, 2008, the alumni of Clairemont Christian High School converged at a restaurant in Clairemont for the first time, in over ninteen years, since the school closed down.

It was fun to see people I hadn't seen in since childhood. Like the Sherlocks.

Even some of the professors came: Mr. Ales & Mrs. Lebarron.

For some reason...I was voted the most changed (or unrecognizable). You decide:

Have I changed that much???

Anyways, it was fun to see old friends and even make some new ones that I didn't "roll" with in high school.

See you in five years!

Hi Kimberlee,

Looks like you had a great reunion. You look wonderful. I don't see much of a change in your pictures, other than your hair being straighter now.

Surely someone recognized you. :)

Maybe they meant something besides physical change? Are you more confident? More social? Less giggly? Who knows what they were looking at? Your pictures would lead me to say you've hardly changed at all.

I think you look more confident, and I think the different hair style makes you look younger.

You look great! I agree with Barbara. Maybe they meant something other than physical. My husband was nominated (but didn't win) for most changed at his 10th H.S. reunion (which was over ten years ago now.) He clowned around a lot in H.S. and did some drugs, and now he's an attorney, LOL.

Kimberlee--wait until you go to your fiftieth! Did I say fiftieth? Oh, good grief, maybe I meant, maybe my thirtieth? Surely, I didn't just go to my FIFTIETH!!!!
Sweetheart, you don't look much different, except, you're more glamorous. Yes, you are, glamorous and confident. Believe it or not,you are much prettier. And don't believe a word I said about mine. Just teasing! Celia

Thanks everyone. They did say, "Pick the person you had to read the name tag to know who they are." So different meaning looks, yes. But I appreciate all your encouragement. You're sweet. :)

Hi Kimberlee,

How fun! I missed my reunion last year, but I can live vicariously through you :)

I must say: you are gorgeous! I think your red hair really stands out.

Looks like you had fun.

Most changed? You look great now and then.

Wow! I wish I had known about the reunion. Put me on the list for when you do it again.

Kim,

I'm sure you would never remember me, I was several years behind you. Your mom was my teacher when I was in elementary school.

I found your Facebook through my friend, Kris, and then followed the trail to your website and then your blog.

Fun to see your reunion pictures; I recognized a face or two!
